Unhappy because because pink after 1st wash

We were at 1st very happy with our Kigurumi as it was what my daughter dreamt of ... but it became all pink after a 1st wash at low temperature and my daughter is now very upset ... We are very disapppointed as we went for what we thought was the top quality range and we felt let down ... I would like to be contacted by the after sale team to talk about it ...
