Excellent bed, could do better website

Found a suitable bed, but the website wouldn't accept my payment so had to ring through and actually speak to someone. Lady on the phone was very polite and helpful, and payment was taken no problem, but means I missed out on my 'Topcashback' bonus, which was why I had specifically gone through Mattressman.
Bed was delivered in the time slot given, and my daughter says it is very comfy. All in all, a good buying experience.
