Wasted evening trying to arrange change to Plusnet

Idecided to change phone and broadband povider. I filled in all the relevant details and then my payment would not go through. I tried again and several more times with the same result. The bank gave me a call and said that one payment had been denied and another had gone through! In the end I gave up and rang them and made the transaction over the phone. Therefore getting no cashback! Plusnet only took one payment, thank goodness.
Also there have been transactions with ebay which they did not pay the cashback.
Haven't been that successful in my dealings.
