Cancelled my order on Monday 7th January, after much messing around with the whole 'we noticed your item was damaged when packaging' got an email to confirm I had cancelled my order, and a refund would be issued shortly. After several phone calls where you are waiting in a queue for over 50 minutes, several emails and I still don't have a refund. Quick enough to take the money when I placed my order but struggling to give it back as a result of your poor customer service.
Each time I ring I am told to 'give it a few more days' which is now too long as I have been waiting over 20 days when you state a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Emailed Vanessa (customer service manager) still nothing so I have taken it further, reported it to my bank and the serious fraud office, bbc watchdog and UK trading standars.
Stay well clear from this company, nothing but hassle.
