Even in the Snow!

I took a parcel to my local Hermes shop at 14.00 Wednesday and it was delivered in outer London at 8.16 on Friday. This was when Heathrow was struggling and many roads impassable, It took us 35 minutes to get out of the drive!. This was the cheapest 2 day service, nothing special. Great job. I have used the service 3 times, including Christmas, all with taking to a MYHermes collection point about 10 minutes away.. I notice many of the complaints are with collection so we don't have that problem.
