Shocking Do not use

I Bought a Go Pro Hero 2 from SLR and the service was great, that was until the camera arrived and did not function. so i contacted the company, after discussing for a while i managed to get a returns number to send it back.i was instructed via email to send it back Royal Mail Standard Delivery. they claimed to have never recived it. the problem being when you send out of the uk packages standard delivery you dont get tracking out of the uk. but i did what SLR instructed me to do. i sent months worth of emails and was ignored. everytime i tryed calling them i was on hold for ages. and when i finaly got through they told me'' its not there problem'' (even tho they were the ones who told me to send it that way). the customer care was shocking couldnt belive how i was spoke too!! my advice is buy from the UK and Do not trust this company.

The customer was requested to send back the product via Royal Mail (it is at the customers discretion what shipping method they would like to use and/or if they should insure their shipment) which never arrived. Royal mail does provide tracking information with their various shipping options and offers the option to insure packages. Unfortunately we are not certain as to what may have happened with the customers shipment and are not certain as how we could attempt to help here. In no way did we intend to offend the customer and are hoping the shipment was insured by the customer so that the matter could be resolved between the customer and Royal Mail.

SLRHut did not intend to wrong the customer in any way and offered a no hassle return, but prior to processing the return we needed to receive the defective camera back and simply need the customer to get the product back to us. I am not certain as to what we can do here to try and help the customer and hope they understand that we didn't do anything wrong here and cannot speak for Royal Mail as we are not affiliated with the courier in any way.

We would like to offer the customer some credit towards a replacement order if their situation with Royal Mail cannot be resolved, just to try and help somehow.
