Configuring a PC from PC Specialist's website was simple and there was guidance on each component. The impact on price for each component chosen was immediately updated.

PCS emailed updates every couple of days so you could see the progress of the build and testing of the machine. Delivery was within a day or two of their original estimate.

The machine was built to the exact chosen specification and worked perfectly from switch-on which, of course, is what should happen. What was even more impressive was the quality of the build - the neat cabling was a joy to see. Their own well written welcome and instruction book came with the PC together with motherboard guide booklet and software.

I have already recommended PC Specialist to a friend who is considering upgrading his PC.
