Speedy delivery, reasonable prices.
Having dealt with Guitarbitz a few times now (for small items only so far - strings and things) I have always been pleased with the price, the prompt delivery, and the the website layout which makes it easy to find what you are looking for.
Have now had a chance to try out the TUSQ plectrum - a small difference in the tone of the plucked string, but a bigger difference in tactile sensations - it seems more slidy, so there seems to be a cleaner release. It's worth a try!

Next day despite snow
I got a bit edgy when I read all the reviews only after having made an order - but not for long as the delivery was made next day by a courteous delivery driver despite being about a week ago in the middle of the snowy weather. This was to my address in Norfolk - I noticed another comment from someone who thought Yodel seem to do better in Norfolk than other parts of the country. Whatever - my experience was 5*.
