Product really rubbish, however company must be used to customer complaints and returns as this part of the transaction was dealt with very well
After receiving communication from Dan at Atlantic i have to say that maybe my review above was a little unfair. while i will maintain that the product was naff, and in my opinion rubbish, the same cannot be said for the service, the original delivery was great. when i rang Dan to complain, he was polite and offered replacement parts, when i rejected these he arranged for collection and a refund was speedily given. cannot knock the service at all.. there is an old saying "You get what you pay for" and maybe there is no such thing as a bargain. So DAN, Hats off to you and the team, you do a sterling job
