I have already purchased this product and I think the prices are super convenient, on December buy three products and only two of them arrived, the specific date was Dec. 14 and has not yet reached my order sebastian hair products
I have contacted customer service and only get automated responses, it is clear that my order will not arrive and therefore want to know what will be the solution, and to think that after a while but it prudent for me send a new product
It's a shame that a website as good as beautybay have bad customer service, not one ever responded to my emails and all I want is a solution as a client
