Their website is terrible, takes 10 minutes to react when you try and progress your order. Order was eventually put throught at 19.38 but still waiting for confirmation that it has been accepted. I contacted the resturant directly without any problems who confirmed they have not received any order. Tried ringing numerous times and get cut-off, tried online chat and after 10 minutes i am stil waiting to be connected. I have submitted the order by card so i cant even go somewhere else as i will be charged twice. Avoid using this joke of a company at all costs. No doubt there will be an email given some crap excuse about fixing technical issues (if your website is not working dont accept orders from customers) and inviting me to call to discuss or connect online, how when neither work?!!!!!!!
