Placed an order for four barstools,online, & payment was taken. A few hours later was mailed to say stock wasn't available and I'd be refunded. I called direct the following day & placed an order (at 9:15am)for four different barstools & was told warehouse wasn't open & they would call me back at 10:00am when they were sure of stock levels. No one rang me back so I called at 11:30am & placed my order. Midday, and the lady who was supposed to call me back at 10:00am and didn't, called me to tell me the barstools I wanted weren't in stock. I proceeded to explain that I'd just ordered & payed for the exact same barstools half an hour ago with another member of staff. She refunded me as they weren't in stock after all. Two days later I call again as I've found a different style of barstool. They're in stock!!! Excellent delivery, next day. Open the box......appalling quality. The backs of the stools were stuck on with Velcro!!!!! Which was stuck on wrong anyway and didn't stick together!!! Velcro on a stool costing £120 each. Nowhere in the product description did it state 'held together with Velcro'! The 'cream' faux leather was yellowy. I called straight away to get them picked up. After some very helpful chit chat to the Manager I was able to return without incurring the cost if £10 per package. Very disappointed with the whole Atlantic Shopping experience. Never shopping with again.
