Slow delivery!

The treadmill I bought appears to be good quality and so far I'm satisfied. The problem was with the dispatch & delivery. The website advertises "Fast 24 hour dispatch", but mine wasn't delivered to me until after 16 days from my order date and required two emails and three phone calls to chase it up. There were no issues with Tooles Transport, who contacted me with an approximate delivery time once they had the package, which meant I could arrange for someone to be in when the treadmill finally arrived. Overall not very satisfactory on the dispatching side even though it was in stock from the outset. Free delivery appears to come with a price after all.
