I've been getting the same useless automated e-mail replies from your "customer service". I made 2 purchases, one supposedly dispatched on the 20th and the other on the 21st. I have yet to receive EITHER order. I've done my part and checked with my local post office & the items are not being held there.
The items were ordered one 2 separate occasions (one day after the other) and were supposedly dispatched (20 & 21 Dec 2012). How/Why is it that I did not even receive EITHER item (what are the chances of having BOTH items missing?) Items ordered from other UK sites have arrived even though I probably ordered them weeks after I've ordered from your site.
It's my FIRST time ordering from Beauty Bay (with recommendations from a friend) and it's been a disappointing experience. Kindly revert as this is getting pretty frustrating.
