dont care about customer service

Cheap prices but cheap for a reason - Item received was defective but they said as prescription lenses they would not replace...

Sorry to hear this but we find your review a little misleading as we do care about customer service and have given you the best solution.

As you described in your ticket to us there was no problem with the lenses just that the arm was slightly loose. As we recommend to other customers due to the cost of this item (£10) we recommend taking them to your local opticians who will be able to adjust them for you free of charge.

You're welcome to send us a few pictures of the problem, if there is a severe problem then we're happy to replace.
