I have bought several items from Merlin in the past and they have always been great. This time however there was an issue with payment that caused me to have to email them . The speed of response and the answers weren't great. Also when the items were finally shipped they were marked with the wrong value and got detained in customs as a result causing the items to take over a month to be received.
