I had ordered some jeans back in November, which turned out to be too big, and had to return them. Thought I had got free postage but when my bill came I noticed I had been charged so I contacted the customer service and spoke to a lovely girl called Julie, who immediately removed the charge, the interest and ensured I was not going to pay the late fee.
Would most certainly use them again.
A nice experience all round
