Great finished product

The final product was beautiful. Only one hitch on the way: The first time the album came back - all the photos were missing - only the text boxes printed out - big disappointment! When I phoned up the staff were very helpful and apologised saying that I should have been contacted as there was obviously a failure in the download. Fortunately I had saved the project and was able to download again - this time with no problems and a wonderful end result. If you need the photobook back for a deadline and aren't 100% confident it's uploaded, it might be worth a phonecall to the company to check it's got photos attached!
