Do not under any circumstances order anything from this company or their associated companies until you have a guaranteed lead time. This is the scam: You go through the ordering process (at no time through this process do they offer you a lead time) which has been designed to make you believe they have the items in stock. Once you have paid they then tell you the lead time is months away. Obviously you cancel because you don't want to wait that long & they deduct 20% off your refund as a cancellation fee & then there's no guarantee you get the balance back. You have been warned.

I have tried to contact you again by telephone after our telephone connection was prematurely disconnected. Your secretary provided me with your mobile number but this rang to voice mail. Further to our discussion, we would like to address your comments:-
Firstly, you mentioned that there was no response to your emails, however, your email received on 25/01/13 at 1.08pm was responded to on the same day at 2.57pm. We can see that this was indeed received, as you responded today at 10.30am.
We have read your comments which state we do not offer lead times. Our delivery times are clearly shown on the website under Information and again under our Terms and Conditions. Prior to placing your order, you are informed that by clicking 'buy now' you agree that Infurns terms and conditions of sale will govern your purchase. Under our delivery and delivery times, it also states we have a selection of products in stock and you are advised to click on the stock selection to check if your item can be sent straightaway.
Our early cancellation policy is also clearly displayed under the Terms and Conditions, and cancellations and refunds are actioned in accordance with these.
As a first time visitor to our website, we would ask that you take the time to peruse all aspects of the site and if you require any further information, we can be contacted by email or you can book a callback appointment from one of our customer agents.
