I ordered an in-line fan for the bathroom extract after finding Fastlec on Google. The website was informative and easy to use. I was constantky kept up to date with the progress of my order which arrived within the one hour time frame given. The fan developed a fault the next day. This was a manufacturing issue and not Fastlec. I contacted Fastlec and they arranged a replacement which again arrived within the time slot the following day. The cost of the original faulty fan was subsequently credited to my account. Excellent company and would thoroughly recommend.
