On investigation I realise this was a delay due to the heavy snow on Friday 18th January. Our orders were all sent to the post office for delivery by 1.00pm unfortunately the post office van did not make it to the post office that day at all and obviously nothing was possible over the weekend. Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay but I hope you can see it was completely beyond our control. Your delivery charges have already been fully refunded.
