Polite, efficient and quick

Purchased a TrackIR 5, listed as out of stock on the website but with the best price I'd found so I rang them to ask when it was coming in to stock and if the price would be the same.

They took a pre-order and said stock was expected in within 48 hours, true to their word I had the TrackIR 48 hours later and at the same price as there website and that was despite the bad weather!
