I ordered 2 desses that were not cheap on my brother in laws account so that i could receive student discount. I used my address and my card to pay for them and they arrived quickly. I was looking for dresses for a wedding that i had to go to and i had found another dress that i was going to wear. I sent back the 2 dresses immediately near enough the next day. I had sent it via collect + so that i could track my order. I looked at the order and it had arrived at Asos. 8 days later i still had not received any refund back into my account for them. I emailed Asos just to ask about them having received my order and after 8 days still not having the refund back into my account they replied saying that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to return and that they would not deal with anything else to do with me because it wasnt my account. On the 10th day over still not being refunded my brother in law received an email to say that they are refunding now . I am now on the 14th day after they received the dresses and i still have not been refunded. I have emailed and so has my brother in law and all we get is we are busy right now we will keep you updated WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!
