Big Dog World

Very dissapointing

Very dissapointing to recive the dog food 5 days after it should have been delivered!!! Should be delivered on 10th January but I recived my on 15th January!!!(next day delivery) this happend third time now!!! I won't order my dog food again from this shop. That was my last order in Big Dog World shop.

Dear Barbara, thank you for your review and I'm very sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service.

We received your order at 12.56pm on 9 January. The item you ordered was due in stock that day but unfortunately the delivery from the suppliers was delayed. We did apologise and inform you about this via email.

As soon as it arrived we despatched it to you on Friday 11 January. It was delivered and signed for by yourself on the next working day - Monday 14 January.

Again, I'm very sorry for delay and please let me know if there is anything we can do to persuade you to stay with us.
