How good is it when you can view an item in store and then order it from home when you have made your mind up? Brilliant service from the email confirmation to phone call confirming delivery. The book case arrived on time, in perfect condition despite my initial gasp as I noticed there was no packaging on it, but the delivery men were extremely professional with thick protective blankets and also protected my carpet as they move the book case into the exact place I wanted it
