Usually, dealing with an intermediary is not the best idea (think ISPs who resell BT DSL services and the runaround one gets when there's a problem). Not so with Parcel2Go: their customer service is superior to that of the well-respected couriers they work with, and, on the few occasions when the couriers didn't deliver, Parcel2Go put things right. On this occasion, Katie from P2G customer service was able to accommodate my request, no waiting time and no quibbles.
One item I ordered was not in stock, so I got a call from someone at Davpack who offered an alternative product at a discount that made it cost almost the same as the out-of-stock item. While I don't like that the website allowed me to order items that were out of stock, I appreciate the very helpful way in which this was handled.
The order was packaged very nicely and arrived next day in perfect condition.
