Mowdirect

Some problems with goods not in the condition described, but resolved amicably with great customer service!

I have purchased 5 or 6 items of machinery from MowDirect in 2012/13 and generally I am happy with them. My Petrol Pole pruner developed a fault after a month or so and this was quickly collected and repaired, so full stars there.
I also purchased a number of ex demo items of Agri-fab kit that was only meant to have a few hours of usage, however, the items that arrived were well used, damaged and had missing parts. Once I explained the situation this was fairly quickly resolved and the missing and damaged parts were replaced and a good will gesture was also made. I therefore strongly rate the customer services ethos of this company. Problems can always occur and it is how these are dealt with that sets a good company apart. I therefore trust them and will place more business there way in the future.
