I ordered a pair of Esk Muck boots but within 12 hours I was informed that the Esk had sold out, offered a Chore 2K as a replacement, as these boots cost £20 more I was very impressed. I was provided with tracking and boots arrived next day. The boots themselves are just what everyone says, I am a women's UK 39 (6) always, but UK 5 is a good fit, lots of wiggle room with normal socks and comfy with medium weight Bridgedales. My last pair were Town & Country but 4 months in and leaking from the base, punctures I assume (I do walk over 20 miles a week with my Springer, so that's 320 miles-is that good?). The Muck boots are more comfy, springy & warm, but heavier, calfs ached after wearing all day. Good on mud but not 'astonishing'. Lets hope I have a good few years wear out of them, then they would be an absolute bargain!
