No reply to my email!

I booked a ferry for my motorhome crossing to France, we did the same last year so thought we would use Aferry again. The initial booking screen showed a height of 3.9m or less but the confirmation shows 2.5m or less. I have sent an email to Aferry but not had a reply to rectify their error.
