Terrible service. No idea of how to support customers.

Any respectable Company supports an after sale service. The MOST successful
Companies pay great attention to after sales . I now have a Paraffin heater Invecter 3200W which cost me £270 not working in my home with no chance to get it looked after because the Support Assistant in few words suggested to me that it was hard luck unless I spent £60 + sending the big heater back in Wales at a cost, to me, of £ 40.
Does anyone thinks that all this is reasonable? I have been buying paraffin for last 2years twice a month! I really hope that Companies operating with this expoitative way
will soon go bust! given the current economic difficulties.
