It is about time the High Street stores didn't have the monopoly on expensive lenses and I welcome the ReglazeMyGlasses service. My frames have been reglazed with bi-focal lenses and returned in good condition. At first I wondered if the prescription had been satisfactorily copied, as the distance part of the lenses seemed to "swim" a bit but I have got used to them now. I can only think that maybe the quality of glass used varies slightly from my current glasses. However, all is well and I also strongly approve of the postal service given. My only criticism is that, on-line, I don't remember seeing any costs for multi-vision lenses and I was, therefore, a bit surprised that, instead of the advertised £19, I was asked to pay £44. Could this be made more clear in your advertising, please?

The swim effect you experienced is not unusual when moving from one lens manufacturer to the other, as your eyes are adjusting to a slightly different design of lens. I would say though to keep an eye on it, and get in touch with us straight away if you have any problems.
In regards to the pricing, both single vision and varifocal lens types are listed, including the £44 lenses that you went for.
