I have never wrote an online review of a bad service and for me to do this, this is really pissing me off.
At first, when I receive the text telling me the exact date and estimated time I will receive my delivery I thought to myself "wow, impressive!" BUT little did I know that this was the start of a nightmare. Was suppose to receive my parcel last Thursday but apparently "missed" it however not received a callingcard. Giving it a benefit of doubt, I rearranged it to the next day and missed it again which is impossible because I was home the entire day and checking on the tracking site every couple minutes, not received a calling card either. E-mail the centre to make sure that the driver did not get the address wrong or whatsoever. Person from centre told me that he gave the driver my contact number and rescheduled the delivery to today and again, nobody rang the bell and no callingcard left, even with my contact number he did not even call. Very disappointed and frustrated with the service. Worst I have ever experienced!
