!!!!!! rats tails are not long enough!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Ya,

Delighted with my order from The Bead Shop (order ref web 33373) but when I went to make a project with ratail I discovered the black ratail to be perfect I ordered 10m and received same,but on checking blue ratail it has a join in the middle and the navy pack
has been marked 9 + 1m as the project needs 10 complete metres of material this is not suitable for requirements please advise.
