over price delievey. doesnt arrive on time!!

2 weeks ago i ordered of here an payed 6 pound delievery. an it still hasnt arrived!!! items are good for money but rediculous delievery charge! your paying more than the items itself. an then they dont Arrive. i rang them last week an got told by a very unhelpful moody women that they wud be with me by friday. well its monday an still nothing. now there saying another 2 days. all i can say is the service is poor!
