My order was processed quickly and I was notified of the item leaving 118 Golf on 22nd Jan. I checked the state of the delivery on 25th Jan and asked for tracking details for Fedex. 118 gave a tracking code and said the item was out for delivery.
I tried to activate the tracking code but the Fedex web site would not reconise it.
The item was finally delivered on 28th Jan.
Can I suggest that when notifying a client of dispatch that an effective tracking code is given and that your carrier is expeditious in delivering the item.
