First time I have used this site and it was all I could have wanted. Easy product finding, clear and straightforward ordering process with everything up front and no nasty surcharge type surprises. They took great care to wrap the goods (circular fluorescent light tubes - VERY delicate) perfectly and pack them beautifully for safe delivery by the carrier. All in all a totally excellent experience which I am happy to recommend to anyone. Oh - and very good value for money!
