Excellent service and excellent rates
This is the first time I have used an on line company for ordering currency. The service was easy, quick and straight forward.
I ordered over the weekend and the currency was with me by Tues.
Good rates given and good service received.

Great customer service
The whole customer experience is second to none at Jules B. From ordering your items to returning them.
The service is quick when receiving your goods. I could also one item via the collect plus service at a local store. When looking to order a bigger shoe size I noticed that the item had been reduced even further in the sale. When I mentioned this to the customer service rep she willingly stated that the difference would be credited back to my account.
I havent yet received my changed item but they have promised that this should be with me no later than Weds. Which is great service.
The only critisicm I would make is that Jules B might want to allow free returns rather than the customer having to pay when returning goods.
