I pre ordered a felt AR 2 road bike, it was 2 months late (FELTS FAULT), Global were doing all they could at the time. the result being that I now have the bike and am more than happy with it. Global took it upon themselves to take the rap for the delay, needless to say I will be buying my future bikes accessories from there .
