Why text me stating you'd deliver between 3:05 and 4:05, so I wait 'till half 4 thinking ok I then check my tracker and by 3:45 it was back at the dept? Apparently unable to send due to insufficient time? I've read various complaints and you just don't seem to wanna rectify it, must enjoy not delivering on time. Most incompetent couriers known to man I saw one of your drivers just sitting in a van for nigh on 3 hours, just sitting there! Thanks for making me come home early from work losing money and not delivering my stuff as promised much obliged, apparently it's due here tomorrow, if it isn't I will never use your company again, good day.
