I booked two cars at the end of 2009 - a week picking up from Belfast in July 2010 and two weeks picking up from Faro in August 2010. We weren't told of any problems until arrival at Belfast where we told the only way to get the car was to pay again and claim back from Suncars. Surprise surprise the same thing happened three weeks later at Faro. I too have emailed, contacted complaints department, tried to 'chat' with them online and written to Watchdog. Luckily my credit card company have reimbursed the monies but I can't believe their website still allows you to book cars.
