Perfectly efficient and well priced products
I ordered my dog food after looking at prices elsewhere . After ordering I got an e mail showing the tracking details. The day before delivery I was told the goods would be there between 16.11 and 17.11 . They came at 16.15 hrs. Spot on.

Good if not excellent service
I ordered a steering wheel lock. Took around 4 days for the thing to be delivered which is okay delivery time but could be better.

Apologies for the slight delay. Your order was made Thursday night, on the friday we were snowed in. We made it to the warehouse and packed your order on the Friday, however Royal mail could not get their truck to us to collect it, so it was collected on the Monday and delivered to you on the Wednesday with our 2 day tracked service.
