I ordered a discount on GroupOn, started working on a gift for my husband of a photo book, worked days, hours. Then received email saying they were changing their program and any work in progress HAS to be ordered or it will be lost. I quickly finished the book BEFORE I was truly ready, placed my order in mid-December. The promise to have the book in 21 business days has NOT happened. Numerous emails continue to promise that it is being worked on, almost completed, still no product. I cannot recreate the HOURS upon HOURS of creativity making my book, so I REALLY want my product, but SO disappointed. Now after reading recent reviews, around same time I placed my order that mainly appear to be from other GROUPON customers, I'm scared I'm either NOT going to get the book I worked so hard on OR get a horrible product. At least if I am not satisfied, I will take the matter up with my credit card company where I do have luckily buyer protection there. I hope I get my book and can later report a satisfactory result, but now I have low hopes. I always work with Shutterfly and Snapfish and have NEVER had such a problem. I wish I hadn't fallen for the Groupon Deal. Makes me think twice on utilizing those discounts, maybe a hard lesson to learn on this one. As they say, you get what you pay for! Buyer beware on this company for sure.
