Poor contact with Quidco

I find it really frustration that you cannot easily contact Quidco when you see a purchase that you think you have not made and their is not enough information to track what it is

I have had a look into the ticket that you had sent in to us. Please be aware as a Basic account holder with Quidco, that your support tickets will be answered within 24 working hours. Please do check your support inbox as I have responded and I am happy to help with this query.

Please also note that if you wish to be able to have more contact with our Support team that you may upgrade to the premium account where support tickets are answered in 7 working hours, you will have access to Live Chat and you may also request one of our team to call you back within a specified time slot.

The Premium account may be more suited to your needs with regards to contacting us and will assist in eradicating your frustration. Please do refer to our help pages for more information on the Premium account.

Speedy delivery

I bought these speaker mounts for a friend. He was overjoyed that they arrived so quickly.
I was delayed in answering the door but the delivery man followed my instructions so I was pleased that I would have got them even of I had been out.
