left with out a bed received email 23 Jan bed arriving on sat 26 as order yes get rid of old bed in morning of 26 waited for phone call two hour window to delivery time waited waited then at 1 oclock message sent delivery changed to tuesday 29 jan both my partner and myself work but we tried to comprise we wanted a bed then on monday the28 jan another message sent cant deliver the bed mattress not ready be arriving on the 5 feb not good enough we have no bed no help from dreams no compensation the staff from customer service are crap we are now going to dreams in poole to cancel our order as they have not fulfilled there part of our agreement to us and collect my payment back of 400 pounds then i will be contacting trading standard with my complaint ive worked hard for my money we want the service they are offering that is only fair we cant sleep on promises oh yes we dont have a bed do we DREAMS
