After spending ages on web looking for item finally ordered from country attire. Next day got an email saying item was not available and to choose another. I asked for refund which they did do promptly.
Ordered a card holder as a birthday present but the wrong colour was sent. Bit of a pain as it was a birthday present so I had to go out and buy a replacement.
Jules B collected and refunded quite promptly though and customer service was good. A discount could have been offered for the inconvenience though as I wouldn't use again now.
