I am really sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order.

When using our UK saver delivery service, we aim to deliver orders within 4 working days and the majority of our orders are successfully delivered within this time, however on occasion it can take slightly longer as this is an estimated timescale based on advice from our couriers.
