As described with excellent, helpful, customer service

Ordered a Merlin Cycles Road Bike online. With one phone call I arranged to collect it in the store when it had been built.

Situation changed and with another call they mailed it out to my new address. It arrived promptly and all that was required was a turn of the handle bars and I was on the road!
