Delivery and service good, unfortunately assembly tricky and resulted in damage

Unfortunately I was not around for the assembly of the furniture, father and father in law completed. Took them 5 hours, and as turnout put material and boards on the wrong way and resulted in damage - ripping. I am pretty unhappy about that aspect. But since I did not build in an awkward position.
