I bought a CLP-470 on New Year day. They had a quick and good delivery including installation. I feel satisfy with their services. Because of this model had a key off delicate sound, it made me very confused with the Harpsichord voice. I was very dissappointed in the beginning. Cause I thought the piano is a faulty piano. Eventually, Richard (from the show room) assist me to solve this problem. Which can adjust from the function key, and it can easy to find on the manual book. I am sorry to stress Paul in this period. Sorry I was too busy and didn't have enough time to study the manual! I definately will recommend people to visit your shop because Reidys got the good price and good services! :)
