I ordered several clothes from the website. When I received the items, some were faulty and others didn't fit right. I decided to return all the items for a full refund as per boohoo policy. I followed the policy as listed on the boohoo site and waited. Just under a month later, I received a partial refund. I emailed boohoo and explained why I was entitled to a full refund. I was then asked to provide proof of sending all the items back, which I provided and I was then given a little more of the refund back minus the delivery charges. I emailed boohoo yet again and pointed out that I followed the distance selling policy, where they required a written letter within the cooling off period and then a full refund would be provided with delivery charges. I had to threaten boohoo with trading standards after several emails back and forth before I received some of my refund and even now not all of the refund has cleared on my paypal. All this without an apology!
